I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Moving can be very stressful but as soon as I met Przemek and his colleague I felt completely at ease and knew I'd made the right choice. I received really quick replies to my initial queries and had great communication throughout the booking process. They are such professionals at moving, everything was carefully wrapped, covered and handled with great care. They even gave me a lift to my new place which helped me save taxi costs. I would 100% use them again in a heartbeat.

5/5 stars. From the moment I received the initial quote, Bristol Man and Van was really communicative and polite and responded really quickly to enquiries. Przemek worked well to my timelines and went above and beyond to provide a brilliant service throughout. On the day, they arrived perfectly on time and were really pleasant and helpful and the move went seamlessly thanks to their hard work and expertise. Their service is brilliant value for money. I had been let down in the past with movers, and it was a relief to find a company who is really reliable and has a personal touch. I will definitely use them again and recommend to everyone I know.

I honestly think Bristol Man and Van might secretly be a superhero (just without the cape). His van decided it had had enough of the day and broke down before my turn. At this point, I mentally prepared myself to live among half-packed boxes forever. But did he let me down? Absolutely not. Instead of panicking, he somehow summoned another driver with a van like he was calling in the Avengers of removals. Backup arrived, the mission continued, and my belongings were delivered safely. Professional, calm under pressure, and clearly well-connected. If you want someone who won't abandon ship when things go sideways, this is your guy. 10/10 would recommend and best price for such great customer service.

It is impossible to say anything negative about Bristol Man & Van. They always replied to my messages quickly and answered my questions. They arrived on time with a smile and a happy greeting. They explained what they would do — especially to my Dad who has dementia, they were very patient and respectful towards him. Everything was wrapped in covers and plastic to avoid scratches. The van was filled in good time to travel the 226 miles. They even offered to empty our van which wasn't part of the job. On leaving they spoke to my Dad to see if he was happy. Two very hard working lads who I would highly recommend. I was getting quotes between £2–3k from larger removal companies — these guys saved us a lot of money. Was really impressed with the service. Prompt contact, was very flexible arranging the date and time for a slightly complicated pickup involving three parties, and Przemek arrived bang on time — to the minute. Precision work. Transported without a scratch and helped me move everything upstairs round difficult obstacles. Would definitely recommend and plan to use again.

I fully recommend this company, they are very professional, punctual and very reliable. The communication was very good from the start, they have taken excellent care of the transported items applying safety blankets and straps to prevent any damage to furniture. They were available at short notice. The loading process was very smooth — they are very organised and careful when it comes to loading furniture to make sure items are placed in a safe place. They are also reasonably priced. I will certainly use their services in the future. Big thank you.

These guys are absolutely fabulous. Nothing was too much trouble, they took great care of my family heirloom glass cabinet which I was afraid would get damaged. The move was difficult having to negotiate 2 flights of narrow stairs to my flat. They managed to get everything delivered safely with no damage. Highly recommended — exceptional service. Excellent work from Przemek and Chris. They arrived promptly at 8am, and had me all packed up by 10:30. This included dismantling my double bed, putting my mattress in a bag and wrapping the TV carefully. Then off to Brislington to empty out my storage unit. They had everything in my new house by 15:30. Przemek even went so far as to research the instructions for my futon online and sent them to me. Highly recommended.

Przemek and his friend were great. They arrived on time and just the two of them lifted my 125kg cast iron radiator up four flights of stairs in about 10 minutes. Would recommend 100%.
