Some things take time to find. For me, it wasn't a straight road — there were wrong turns, failed attempts, and moments of doubt. But somewhere along the way, I found something that gets me out of bed every morning with genuine enthusiasm. Something that fills my days with purpose.

That something is helping people move.

It sounds simple. And in many ways, it is. But the satisfaction I get from doing it well — from hearing that a customer felt at ease on one of the most stressful days of their life — is something I never expected to find in this work. The feedback I receive from clients is what drives me forward every day, and pushes me to raise the standard a little higher than the day before.

Where It Started

The idea didn't appear overnight. Long before Bristol Man & Van existed officially, I was already learning the trade — watching and helping with removals as a kid, tagging along after school with a friend's father. Simple times. Good times.

The first real steps came with a Mercedes Vito. Every job was a puzzle. Every successful load felt like a small victory. The first official review for Bristol Man & Van is dated February 2025 — but the groundwork had been laid long before that.

The fleet has grown alongside the business — each vehicle a milestone, each upgrade a step forward in what we can offer.

Where Things Stand Today

Bristol Man & Van currently specialises in small and medium-sized moves across Bristol and the UK. When a job calls for something larger, I bring in trusted partners — whether that's an additional vehicle or a colleague who shares the same standards I hold myself to.

The plans are big. But the steps are measured. Because what matters most isn't scale — it's the quality of every single move, and the peace of mind of every single customer.

This is still the beginning. And I'm just getting started.
